DELIVERY & RETURNS

All items will be sent either Royal Mail First Class (Standard) or Royal Mail Tracked (Tracked) dependent on how you would like to receive your order.

This is the last week of posting in time for Christmas. Orders will officially close at 7.30pm Thursday 17th December (domestic UK).

This will be clearly advertised on the website and also on our Social Media channels. 

For this period ONLY all items listed for sale have been made already to avoid any extra delays so usual product turn around times should be ignored. Custom options will not be available until after Christmas.

Royal Mail are experiencing severe delays due to Coronavirus, Christmas and also changes to processes due to Brexit. 

I am posting orders daily at the moment and will continue to do so up until my cut off date. But please bear in mind that the post is busy and once it leaves my hands I have no control over how quickly it reaches you. I would recommend in these last few day to use the tracked deivery option as that way you will be able to follow your items progress. Standard 1st Class mail has no tracking.

Some items are getting there next day and others are taking a week or longer. So PLEASE order as soon as is possible to avoid disappointment.

International orders are now closed and anything ordered will not arrive in time for Christmas.

Although all efforts are being made and last parcels will be sent before royal mail's official cut off I can no longer guarantee parcels will arrive in time for Christmas.

If you would like a different postage option and need something sooner please get in contact and we will try to accommodate.

All items are made to order and will be ready to dispatch within 3-5 business days of order and payment being received.

The exception to this is for custom orders, which can vary. I will discuss with you throughout the process as to delivery expectations and will do everything possible to work within your timescale.

Everything you see is handmade, by me. I take great pride in what I do and have worked hard to bring you some quality products that I hope you will love.

As stated in the listings, earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty. This is for hygiene purposes.

Sale items are protected under normal refund rules. 

Everyone loves a bargain and occasionally we run sample sales. During these events, all items which are marked SAMPLE or SECOND are sold as seen and described. These are items which have minor flaws and were either created as part of the design process or didn't quite meet the usual quality standards. They are still working, functional items being sold with stated flaws at a reduced rate and clearly marked as to what to expect. 

If there are any issues please get in touch first and to see if we can come up with a solution.

Any returns will be at your expense

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, postal services are stretched and delivery times may be slightly delayed. I will continue to work to my stated timelines. Once items have been dispatched you will receive a notification that your items are in the postal system. If I have tracking details these will be included. I have no control over the post so can only advise you to order as soon as possible and or select tracked as a postage option if you require something quickly.
