Delivery & Returns

Postage options have recently been updated to give you more choice.

You can now choose 3 options for delivery of your items (UK). 

2nd Class, 1st Class or Tracked post. Options can be selected at check out.

2nd and 1st will be dispatched by Royal Mail. Please be aware that they are UNTRACKED services, if you would like tracking with your order then you will need to select the Tracked shipping option.

Please note that TRACKED will not speed your order delivery up. Delivery times are clearly marked below, if you require something faster then please get in contact BEFORE ordering so that I can advise if it will be possible.  

With items like capes I would advise choosing tracked shipping. I know these items are usually for an event or occasion and therefore this is the only way you will be able to track your order once it's dispatched.

International Orders

International orders are back up and running, again you can choose standard or tracked. Tracked option seems to speed up delivery once despatched. Please be aware that local taxes and fees may apply in different countries.

Jewellery items are made to order on an approx 3-5 working day turnaround of payment being received.

Capes are made to order on a 10 working day turnaround of payment being received.

If you order other accessories at the same time as a cape then everything will be dispatched at the same time. 

If you require something sooner then please as always get in touch to see if we can make it work within your timescale.

For bespoke custom designs, a clear timeline will be set at time of ordering.

Everything you see is handmade, by me. I take great pride in what I do and have worked hard to bring you some quality products that I hope you will love.

As stated in the listings, earrings are non-refundable unless they are faulty. This is for hygiene purposes.

Sale items are protected under normal refund rules. 

Everyone loves a bargain and occasionally we run sample sales. During these events, all items which are marked SAMPLE or SECOND are sold as seen and described. These are items which have minor flaws and were either created as part of the design process or didn't quite meet the usual quality standards. They are still working, functional items being sold with stated flaws at a reduced rate and clearly marked as to what to expect. 

If there are any issues please get in touch first and to see if we can come up with a solution.

Any returns will be at your expense

Once items have been dispatched you will receive a notification that your items are in the postal system. If I have tracking details these will be included. I have no control over the post so can only advise you to order as soon as possible and or select tracked as a postage option if you want to be able to follow your items. Any issues then please get in touch.
